MP3 Musings…

Recent weeks have afforded Daniel and me numerous opportunities to listen to various MP3s of sermons and lectures that have been an incredible source of spiritual blessing in our lives. We are thoroughly blessed in our age to have an innumerable amount of resources at our fingertips that so many of our spiritual forefathers did not have. (And yet, our lives fall so miserably short of theirs!) In upcoming weeks I hope to share some of these resources that have so greatly encouraged us over the past months, and hope they can be a blessing to you, too!
One treasure trove of inspiration and conviction has been listening to John Piper’s sketches on various Christian biographies. Of course, I naturally gravitated toward men that I already knew a little bit about and toward those who were involved in foreign missions. So, the first biographical sketch I listened to was none other than John Paton.
