Ever seen one of these?

It’s designed to help end the sippy switcheroo that often occurs in nurseries. Either that, or it will give your child a sense of self-identity. I must admit that I think they’re pretty nifty.
Well, my friend, you too can have one…to the tune of $11.95.

That’s right, folks—you can do this for FREE!
It’s probably pretty self explanatory, but all you need is a wide rubber band and a permanent marker. Want your kid to feel even cooler? You could use colored rubber bands and colored markers. (I don’t want my kid to feel cool; thus the boring colors. 😉 ) Coolest yet(from the comments)? You could reverse one of those rubber bracelets and write the name on that!

And unlike tape, you can use it again and again and from cup to cup, bottle to bottle. Works great for Daddy and Mommy cups, too!

I make my own out of all those rubber bracelets my older kids seem to accumulate. I just turn them inside out and write names.
What a great idea! Can’t believe I never thought of this. I just write my kids names on labels, or masking tape and stick it to the cup, but it’s a pain to remove, and you have to re-do it every time, not very frugal. This is a great alternative!!
This is a great idea! I was just going to write his initials on the bottom of the cup in permanent marker, but the rubberband idea is cute!

Great idea! With still having one young enough that is using a sippy cup this would work great for him taking one to the church nursery.

Cute idea. We use masking tape and a sharpie in our nursery. But I gotta say, It’s not usually the workers who mix up the cups. It’s the kids. They can’t read and whats more, they dont care.
